The exterior of his packaging sees Balloon Boy peeking over the edge of a table to stare at a pair of batteries,while the interior looks into a dark room with a checkered floor as old monitors are stacked in the background. The protective sleeve is then covered in vertical blue and black stripes with thick wires dangling z top, and their figurka can be seen through the large, clear window at the packaging’s front.
